The complex is located at a distance of about two hundred meters from the center of Sivota, in a quiet area that is thus ideal for relaxation and rest. The first beaches and the small port of the village are less than seven hundred meters away, allowing our guests to leave their cars in the safety of our private parking and get there comfortably, even on foot.<\/p>

Sivota is a special destination, as one of the most picturesque villages of Epirus. It is an ideal combination of blue and green, as the hills meet the crystal clear waters of the Ionian Sea. The village of Syvota has a unique complex of islets with the names \"Black Mountain\", \"St. Nikolaos', and 'Mourtemeno', which consist of beaches and small coves that stand out for their diversity.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The location of Sivota is also ideal for excursions in the surrounding areas. At a very close distance (just 25km) is the city of Igoumenitsa, which is the capital of the prefecture as well as the largest tourist resort in the area. There is also the port of the same name, from where you can organize excursions to the islands of Corfu, Ithaca and Paxos.<\/p>

At a distance of 60 km there is the international airport of Aktion with flights to and from European countries. Also nearby is the Egnatia Odos, thus connecting the area with Northern Greece.<\/p>

It is an area with countless activities for all tastes and requirements of people who choose to spend their holidays in Sivota. The beautiful and spotlessly clean beaches (Mikri and Megali Ammos, Pisina, Gallikos, Molos, Zavia, Mega Trafos, Zeri, D.E.H., Agia Paraskevi), are beaches that meet everyone's needs and requirements.<\/p>
